MindRod's ideas (and other similar observations) are all we have to go on, other than "disorganized"

I have worked with Hint 2 to pair up both long lines. Both begin and end the same way, but the middles are not the same.

What I noticed was most numbers appeared twice, I have no idea what the parentheses mean or which letter goes with which numbers. The number 0 only appears once, and the number 4 appears 3 times.

What to make of this is unsure, as switching Th and Pt doesn't look promising, and I don't know what to make of the 0 next to the 2.
