Quite a simple problem really:
There exists a word. It begins and ends with the letter 's'.
It's structure is as follows: S, two consonants, a vowel, three consonants, a vowel, two consonants, S.

Quite an interesting puzzle.

As soon as I work out which horses are not racing today I will give it some more thought.
