The equation below involves four 5-digits prime numbers:

A + B + C = D

A, B and C are consecutives, B and D are palindromes.

Find A, B, C and D.

At the time of writing, pcbouhid has been absent from Perplexus for twenty hours. His last action was to delete all his 140 problems from the queue. While I live in hope that one day he will choose to return, I know he will be missed in the mean time.
