We know 10,000<B<33,333 (There is a chance that it is the next prime after 33,333 I guess)
There are 234 Palindromes in this range,
of which 117 are odd,
about 94 of these are not divisible by 5.
Can't remember tests for divisibility by other numbers, can someone else take it from here please...
It is acceptable (to me at least) to use a table of primes, at this point, as long as it is generated by hand. Can anyone recommend one?
