Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this problem has a logical flaw in it.
I started with 10 & 16 because they are cyclic and leave only 1 possible answer:
10: A (16=d)
16: D (10=a)
then I turn to #9. The next possible question is #10, which answer is A, which means that #9 MUST also be A.
9: A
Now take a look at #13, which states there is only 1 odd number with answer A, which must be a reference to #9. But to give this answer we must choose A. But now we have 2 odd answers A. Therefore there is no logical solution to this puzzle.
The problem is maybe the wording of #9. The author suggests the answer to #9 is D, which means that 10 is NOT A and 11 is NOT B - but they are. Perhaps instead of saying the "next question..." it should just say "The following question has the same answer." then D would be a valid answer and I think the rest of the problem would check out.
