Some Thoughts Uneducated Guess | Comment 1 of 15

Pete Bulka, Clint Moore, Keith Swan, and Kenny Fowler?

Not enough characters for frequency analysis.  Not a simple Caeser shift.  The only footholds seem to be a comma, a question mark and the title.

Does anyone see anything more promising?
