None of the numbers is <26, so a Caesar shift is possible.
Most promising thing I see at the moment is my Rikku screensaver. As for frequency analysis, only remarkable is the 4, double 4 and 4 at the end, maybe an E.
The comma is a mystery. I can't come up with a question (? at the end) that starts with a two letter word followed by a comma.
