The missing card is the 8 of spades. Each row and column represents one of the ten possible hands in poker, from Ace high all the way up to a Royal Flush. The only two hands that are missing are One Pair and Three of a Kind, and the only way to create those is to place an 8 in the bottom right corner. Three of the 8's are already shown, the only one remaining is the 8 of spades.
