sqrt{ ((3!)!)/2 +1 }       You scolded "Me" for using ^4. So, this only works if you don't think of  sqrt  as  ^(1/2) ...    Is this what you had in mind Oskar?

It is hard for me to tell what the rules are sometimes.  :)
