Having had the chance to see this before it was posted I came up with two solutions which were more time consuming than methods offered here, but it's worth sharing them.
I reduced an Excel sheet to fours grids of squares. I copied the top half into my top grid, as 4's and 5's; I did the same with the lower half.
I then added corresponding cells and placed them into a corresponding cell in the third grid giving 8's, 9's and 10's. Highlighting the 9's gave the solution.
For the 4th grid I subtracted corresponding cells so that I had 0's, -1's and +1's. The -1's and +1's together provided the same result of "Who".
