Well, there are no double letter pairings, so it could be playfair (playfair requires that any pair of two letters aren't the same) The thing that throws me off is the use of the Q, which is unorthodox in playfair, but w/e.

Well, now thatt I check online, it can be used with Q too. Cheap. lol
