If I was 7 when my sister was 16 and my brother was 8 when she is 19 how many more years will it take my brother to reach 21 when I'm 13?

I am 9 years younger than my sister, so when she was 19, I was 10. Since my brother 8 at the time, I am 2 years older than he is. So when I am 13 he will be 11, with 10 more years to reach 21.
