Move letters up or down as a group to spell out a saying, reading left to right and top to bottom.

Elsewhere Gamer had suggested that the grid might be rotated left to right. That meant reading down each column starting from the right.
Clearly "You" is an important word.
I began to see "As you s[ow then] ...." but that was going to fail.
I saw "As you slide ..." but I did not persevere, it was not making sense.
'Naperian Rods' have it all over rotations and MSWord shifts! And the chance to play.
