In an old chest, I found an antique parchment, where just a few words could be made out: "... LOG SALE ... ROD OF ... NOR A RAG ... FLAG AND ...". What could this mean, and what else might I find written on the parchment?

And in a footnote I could read something like "... MAR A SUN ...".
