What's to stop someone being the granddaughter of their own sister? If Donnita's daughter had a child to her own father, that child would be both Donnita's granddaughter (by her mother), and Donnita's sister (by her father). It ain't pretty, and certainly not condoned by the Church, but that doesn't stop it from happening ;-)
