The twelve signs of the horoscope (AQUARIUS, ARIES, and so on) run a race along the Zodiac. In how many different ways can the race end, if ties are possible?

It looks like the simplest formula given in Sloane for this sequence is
Recurrence : a(n+1) = 1 + sum { j=1, n, binomial(n+1, j)*a(j) } - Jon Perry (perry(AT)globalnet.co.uk), Apr 25 2005
I haven't implemented it yet to verify it.
