You have broken into Contraplexus headquarters, a secret organization bent on destroying all puzzles in the world, with the task of procuring the latest research they have developed in another room.
Most of the building is one large room with several desks, and to the north is the door leading into the next room.

The difficulty is your spy boots have tracked in mud, so you can't walk across the floor; instead you enter from the south doorway and steal the only office chair from a nearby desk.
These mazes are usually best solved by starting at the exit and tracing backwards. You can only stop on a square that has a desk or a wall immediately left or right of it. If no such stopping squares exist before you hit a desk or wall, it's a dead end.
Using this method and eliminating the branches that result in dead ends or loops, I came up with only one direct path:
N9, W5, N3, E10, S11, W6, N19, W4, S2, E1, S15, E6, N16, E10, S1, W14, S16, E12, N10, E3, N3, W6, N6 out.
N = North, W = West, S = South, E = East
