Is the following sentence technically true or false?

The sun will rise tomorrow morning.

It seems to me that the lot of you is nitpicking. I don't think the mechanichs behind the scenes of sunrises are important in this question.

I take it to be about a sentence that states that something, which occurs regularly, will occur again. "Sun rising" is just used as an example of something that will most likely happen tomorrow. But if I say today that it will happen, am I telling the truth?
