ant, past, sing, teeth, amoeba, escape, therefor

Each of the above words are trnasformed into a new word when the letter "e" is appended to each.

So,

ant + e = ante
past+ e = paste
sing+ e = singe
teeth+e = teethe
amoeba+ e = amoebae
escape + e = escapee
therefor + e = therefore
