On the clock (Posted on 2007-03-23) Difficulty: 3 of 5
How many times per day, and at what time(s) do the hour and minute hands on a clock form EXACTLY a 60 degree angle?

Okay, yeah, they would actually form EXACT 60 degree angles more often than four times a day but on an average clock one would not be able to ascertain the EXACT time with the fractional parts of seconds involved.  I suppose I should have included something in the problem that would exclude angles formed during the movement of the hands.  When I came up with the problem I was looking at a clock that had a second hand that ticked as opposed to a smooth sweep and I could actually see the slight movement of the minute hand each second so I was operating under a certain (albeit possibly flawed) paradigm.  Anway, sorry for the confusion.
