Enter at the S, and end at the E, collecting 100 points along the way. You may not enter the same corridor more than once.

How about beginning within the maze, collecting the 61, then 21 and finally the 18, ENTERing the outside of the maze at the S and circling around back to END at the E.  Could this be the trick?
