According to http://www.madore.org/~david/misc/cards.html, only the King and Queen of Spades look to our right (their left).  All the others look to our left (their right).  So the King of Hearts and the Queen of Clubs would look in the same direction. This is for English language cards.

Under this condition, either the King or the Queen must be the spade. I don't think this is possible under the conditions given.
