I told my friend I was thinking of three 14 letter words and asked if he knew what words I was thinking about.

“Of course not.” he said “There are many 14 letter words.”

”What if I told you they were all anagrams of each other?”

He thought for a moment and then said “Oh, now I see. The words are …”

What are the three words?

In review comments this is the set I had in mind with the latter word, I assumed, to have a common usage within very specific organisational situations, like political parties.
