Determine all possible positive integer triplet(s) (F, G, H) such that each of F and G is a prime with FG, and:

F(F+3) + G(G+3) = H(H+3)

F=7, G=3, H=8    and

F=3, G=2, H=4

are the only solutions (apart from switching F and G).

Actually, the switched ones are the only ones, as the puzzle asks for F <= G
