Three fat cats can eat three fat rats in three minutes. How long will it take for thirty three fat cats to eat sixty six fat rats?

By the given conditions, it follows that 3 cats can eat a certain
number of fat rats (m, say) in an equal number of minutes.

Accordingly, it follows that, 33 cats can eat  m fat rats in m/11
minutes.

Accordingly, substituting m=66, the required number of minutes taken by thirty 33 fat cats to eat 66 fat rats is 66/11 = 6.
