I don't understand your posting "<A061209" -- is this a hexadecimal or what?? I read the problem as requesting "a positive base 10 integer T", presumably not starting with zero.  There would be no valid seven digit T, since the maximum sum would be 63 (9*7) which has cube only 250047 (less than seven digits). No six digit numbers fit the equation.
