Thanks for another good puzzle.  I personnally find that creating a problem, with no chance for misinterpretation, is impossible.  This is one of the main reasons for the peer review and that the quantity of puzzles I have submitted remains low.  (I spend months debating the wording.)

I welcome anyone who is willing to critique a problem and score it a "1" to write a better problem.  The site is open.
