We remove all the letters in the given statement which occupy the composite positions in the alphabet. In other wors, all the letters occupying the ith position in the alalphabet, where i = 4,6,8,9,10,12,14,15,16,18,2,21,22,24,26 are deleted in the given statement.

Accordingly, the letters that remain, constitutes the message:
"Do or do not, there is no try." Yoda
