Evaluate:

               (1+ x)1/x – e + e*x/2
   Limit     --------------------------
   x → 0             x2

Note: e denotes the Euler’s number.

I didn't want to post it because I felt it was cheating and want to try and find an analytical solution, Mathematica gives the solution as 11e/24=1.2458791713770623995

My first instinct was to use L'Hoptial's rule but it got really messy and I have yet to make any sense out of it.
