Using one of the triangles given by my program for the last post, you can swap two corners if they are consecutive numbers, to cause one triangle to be "sum" plus one, and the other, "sum" minus one.
For example:
4
8 7 15
16 9 1 13 5
2 6 10 11 12 14 3Would have 7 triangles of sum 34, but swapping the bottom corners to the following will result in 5 triangles of sum 34, one of sum 35, and one of sum 33.
4
8 7 15
16 9 1 13 5
3
6 10 11 12 14 2
