I have compiled a long list of dishes named after famous people, like fettuccine Alfredo, beef Stroganoff, tornado Rossini etc.
Please provide other examples in a format: <dish, name of a person, short description & origin>.

The post's aim is to jointly cover the whole range(if possible) of the alphabet.

I googled "dishes named for personalities" and got a plethora of entries -- one Wiki article had hundreds of entries, even arranged alphabetically and ripe for expropriation.  Your quest for origins suggests no coined Obaminata.  Was the "Happy Hour" really named for Herbert Hoover?  If there can be a tornado Rossini why not a luscious Liszt?
