I have compiled a long list of dishes named after famous people, like fettuccine Alfredo, beef Stroganoff, tornado Rossini etc.
Please provide other examples in a format: <dish, name of a person, short description & origin>.

The post's aim is to jointly cover the whole range(if possible) of the alphabet.

I fully agree the game of "chicken" is idiotic.  That brought to mind "duck" instead -- and that to "Duck Soup" and the Marx Bros of many decades ago (my vintage) -- how time flies (do you remember how that one ends ?!).
