Seven of the following eight 12-letter words have something in common and one does not. Which is the odd one out?

"Bankruptcies" is the only one of the eight which does not have the letter "o".  "Housewarming" is the only one which can be divided into two words (house, warming). "Unforgivably" is the only containing the letter "f".  One might argue that "lexicography" is the only one which does not refer to people (as noun, adjective, or adverb). ...und so weiter... ad infinitum...
