It's good to be popular. I wrote down a list of books I wanted to read on a card, but someone came in after I had finished and changed part of the titles to suggest a title I forgot. What was it?
The Lion, the Witch, and New Apparel
The Sun Up There
The Red Massive Achievement
Gone with Breezy Draft
All Quiet on the Eastern Edge
The Grapes of Rage Maker
The Sound and the Fur of Animals
One Flew From the Bird's Home

re: titles -- tentative list by Patrick)
I agree: The Red Badge of Courage is chronologically more likely to fit this list (read in high school or before -- late 1940s), though what was the "massive achievement" (a good war story, but I thought more psychological than narrative).
Are we supposed to DO something more after coming up with the eight replacement titles?? The wording suggests that the redactor was trying "to suggest A TITLE I forgot". And the question is "What was IT?" (not "what were THEY). Someone categorized this as "Cryptography" -- are we to find something else hidden in the (deciphered) list??
