I actually own a copy of NJStar but is Japanese; unsure if I can use the Chinese facility within it.
Frankly I am having greatly difficulty trying to understand how that telecode tool is supposed to work.
After a lot of perseverance I entered:
0362 0063 0001 and had
516D 4E94 4E00 returned.
The last set are the Hex codes for the Chinese character
representation of the numerals 6, 5 and 1
The rendering being asked was for the group: 0001
As to what the grouping at the end of the comment
(2450 1628 1816 2867!
1872 0823 4099 6299!) I cannot determine.
