If the sum of 19968 and 22235 is expressed as 0063, and the product of 20108 and 19977 as 0362, then how would the difference between 20845 and 20116 be rendered?

I followed that, that part was fine.

The issue was in trying to determine what was the CTC value.

Yes, I discovered
0362 gives the 516D character for 6,
0005 gives the 4E09 character for 3,
0001 gives the 4E00 character for 1
and
0003 yields 4E03 for 7.

I note that on some Web pages commentary suggests that characters are listed by radical (the root of their construction) and strokes.

To be able to determine the others I think I would need to understand character construction better, or do a lot of trial and error to determine the other decimal digital values to create the other representations using CTC.
