What is meant by "P has no integer zeroes"?

The phrase would not be referring to the integer coefficients nor the value of P(x) as the answer to both would be fairly obvious. Yet this problem is rated only 1, so I can not totally rule out the obvious is what maybe searched for -- but very unlikely.
