I do not have a solution for the results of the program I coded were empty, perhaps Charlie's genius will find the solution. Nonetheless, here are a few observations:
Using the title "0 9357254" as a clue, the digit 0 is
either an "A" or an "O".
Using the cryptic word "W106747R" as another clue, the
only word I've discovered that uses the letters in the
cryptarithmetic digits (A,E,H,L,N,O,S,T,V,Y) is the
word "WHATEVER".
If "WHATEVER" is the correct 'solution', then by deduction
TANHL = 60912, HATE = 1067, NO = 93, HOVONE = 134397, and LOVE = 2347. This leaves S and Y, not necessarily respective, to be 5 and 8. Thus YES = 578 or 875.
Yet, HOVONE mod LOVE would not equal YES, but TAS or TAY. And the title would be "A NOYELYV" or "A NOSELSV", neither of which is a word of any sense. ("A NOYELYV" did impress upon me that the title might have been "A NOVELTY", which does use the available cryptarithmetic digits, but the letters for "0 9357254" do not match.)
