As soon as I saw my puzzle remaining   unsolved   , I have realized that something went  wrong,

 - just by looking at the title I spotted  two letters

(T &V)  being represented by the same digit (5).

I could not locate the copy of my code or of  the solution, all I 've remembered were  the words "whatever"    and  "a novelty" - the hints to assist you in solving, but  actually  obstacles .

It took me about 2 hours of  "reverse engineering"  to   reconstruct my original  problem (or maybe I have invented a  new one -, similar bur solvable??).

Here is the corrected   text:

TANHL mod HATE is NO.

HOVOYE mod LOVE is YES.    HOVOYE  with Y

What is W106747R ?

And  the title :    0 9347265

 I would appeaciate it, if you check the new text and approve it,-

or suggest  another version with fewer corrections.

Needless to say , I  feel sorry for wasting your time ,but on the other hand  I have to hand it to you  that you actually solved the problem notwithstanding the faulty  text. Kudos!
