Given an equation ax^2+bx+c=0 what values a,b cause the roots of the equation to be a and b and the discriminant to be equal to c?

The problem does not ask us what value is c, yet here was the solution I was able to derive [with Q = SQRT(7)]:
(a, b, c) = {
(0, 0, 0),
([-5 + iQ]/8, [1 + 3iQ]/8, [57 + 11iQ]/128),
([-5 - iQ]/8, [5 +  iQ]/8, [ 5 + 17iQ]/128)
 }
