Two Encrypted Questions II (Posted on 2011-07-16) Difficulty: 3 of 5
Each of the two questions furnished hereunder is encrypted using a different (but similar) method.

What is the answer to each question?

1168856 622 32156 33372317216 807 566208 11662 32661?

1515413 676 38210 56093101805 879 732051 13801 38760?

Some Thoughts re: Hint | Comment 2 of 4 |
(In reply to Hint by K Sengupta)

Hmm. Two Encrypted Questions required using base 26. And the Hint is "Think bases." If I convert the numbers into base 26 using this cool online base converter, I get:

1168856 622 32156 33372317216 807 566208 11662 32661?
2ED20   NO  1LEK  440KFF44    151 165F6  H6E   1M85 ?

1515413 676 38210 56093101805 879 732051 13801 38760?
385J3   100 24DG  6PF2C16D    17L 1FGNL  KAL   258K ?

I tried converting the new numbers using 1=A 2=B ... P=Y 0=Z and neither sentence made sense.

So then I tried 0=A 1=B ... P=Z and that didn't work either.

Even though I've made little progress, my gut tells me the two questions are in fact identical once decoded.  But I have no evidence to back it up other than that the length of the "words" are the same.
