The English word "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" is 34 letters in length. The online dictionary 'Dictionary.com Unabridged' (based on the Random House Dictionary, (c) Random House, Inc 2012) categorizes it as an adjective and gives the definition that it is "used as a nonsense word by children to express approval or to represent the longest word in English".
It meets the given conditions in that
(1) the word can be divided into three groups where the letters of the first group and third group are in reverse order of each other and each group consists of 2 or more letters:
group 1: SU
group 2: PERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIO
group 3: US
(2) the word is not a palindrome, and
(3) the word is not a plural or proper noun
