I was at the hospital waiting for my little cousin to be born. I began talking to another couple. The husband said " My wife just gave birth to 2 babies. They are not twins."
Confused, I said "Huh?".
"Yes" he said, "They were both born today within minutes of each other."
I assumed that they must have been born in different years but he assured me that this was not so. I figured out what the deal is with these babies. Can you?

I disagree, Brandy. Here's my reasoning:
Why couldn't she have given birth to two of the triplets, but the third one had not been born yet? In other words, she's still in labor with the third triplet.
"My wife just gave birth to 2 babies." TRUE
"They are not twins." TRUE
"They were both born today within minutes of each other." TRUE
