For a D1 problem, I have posted more clues than necessary.
The format of boy's name: A-OR-A, where A is a string of n letters whether same or different with, n >=1 and, "OR" is the fixed part.
Assuming, the name corresponds to a common boy's name from an English speaking country, the only solution exists when n=2.
