"BE" is a form of "IS" and a variant spelling of the letter "B", and in texting the letter is sometimes used as a contracted form of "BE", thus "IS" may be a hint here for "B" .

"O" is a contracted form of "OR".

Given the format A-OR-A, the name could be "BOB", a contracted form of "ROBERT" -- Is it or is it?
