This is one of two new sequences but the second would give this one away. It starts at 2.

Not sure about Fibonacci.
The pattern is somewhat reminiscent of the better known 4, 3, 3, 5, 4, 4, 3, 5, 5, 4, 3, 6, 6, 8, 8, 7, 7, 9, 8, 8, ... however.
