This is one of two new sequences but the second would give this one away. It starts at 2.

55, 4, 28, 28, 4, 19, 19, 2, 19, 19, 4, 19, 19, 13, 28, 28, 11, 46, 199, ...

ps. It isn't in the OEIS (but it probably should be.)

The previous posts are on the wrong track. 

I figured the second sentence would be a bigger give away.  Pair each term with 2, 3, etc.
