Why does sin(1/5555555°) have a decimal that so closely resembles pi?

Because 1/5555555 is extremly close to 1.8E-7, and combining the fact that lim sin(x) as x--> 0 is x (radians), so then sin(1/555555) radians is very close to 1.8E-7.  Then convert to degrees -->  pi/180.  and voila, you get pi*10^-9.
