In a game of chess, formulate a position using the minimum possible pieces, where white has one queen, one rook, one bishop and one knight, and has exactly one mating move with each of these pieces.
I use the white king more aggressively to take a mating square away from the knight. But then the problem posting never mentioned the king so this demo may be invalid, based on your assumptions.
Black has king e8, pawn e7.
White has king c7, rook d6, knight e6, queen f5, bishop g4.
