What is the area of the triangle ABC with A(e,p) B(2e,3p) and C(3e,5p)?

Assume p = 3.14159 & e=2.71828

Gather round one and all to feast your eyes on this amazing trick by the great mathemagician Daniel Branscombe.  For your amazement not only will he calculate the solution to 100 decimal places, he will do it all in his head!!!!

anyway, all joking aside.  I rather enjoy problems like this, namely ones where an initial glance causes you to think that the answer is going to involve some complex calculations but for which a simple short cut exists if you are able to look at it from the proper perspective.

For this one, that short cut is realizing that A B and C are colinear and thus the triangle is degenerate and thus has zero area.
